Be the Club

At Be the Club, every piece is made with intention and produced in limited runs. Because of this, we ask that you review the policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final on Custom & Limited Items

Many of our products are made-to-order or limited edition. For that reason:

  • All custom, personalized, or limited-edition items are final sale

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or error on our part

Standard Apparel Returns

For non-custom, standard apparel items:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items for a different size of the same item, if available

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at [your support email] within 5 days of delivery

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Clearance or discounted items

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if applicable)
