Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because many of our items are made to order or produced in limited runs, orders begin processing quickly. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you catch it fast, email us and we’ll do our best.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Once an order ships, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Yes. If you’re ordering for a group, event, or business, reach out to us directly for bulk options and availability.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Since we create everything in-house, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times vary based on location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, expedited shipping is not guaranteed due to in-house production timelines.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Most items are final sale, especially custom, limited-edition, or discounted products. For standard apparel, returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and unwashed.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes — size exchanges for the same item are allowed when inventory is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right
Products & Sizing
How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts are designed for a modern, comfortable fit — not oversized, not skin-tight. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Do your items shrink?
Minimal shrinkage may occur if not cared for properly. We recommend washing cold and hanging to dry.
Are your items limited edition?
Some products are produced in limited runs and will not be restocked once sold out.
